2024 CatchLight Global Fellowship
The CatchLight Global Fellowship awards visual storytellers who are poised to ignite social change through their photography, videography, or leadership by leveraging the power of visuals to create impactful audience engagement and innovative distribution models.
Benefit:
- $30,000 award
- Potential access to additional future funding through the CatchLight Impact Fund

His powerful works delve into the heart of social and political issues, particularly addressing the Anglophone crisis. Despite his youthful moniker, PenBoy's poetry reflects a maturity beyond his years.
PenBoy's impact surged as he lent his voice to the complexities of the armed conflict in the North-West and South-West regions of Cameroon.
Beyond entertainment, PenBoy is an activist and peacemaker, leveraging his art to raise awareness, challenge stereotypes, and foster dialogue. His overarching goal is to empower his generation to actively contribute to positive change in Cameroon.
